Hence, this assures that the product’s surface to be perfection. - The cutting unit utilizes the PLC system and Servo Motor which ensures that precision cutting of length is applied through the digital controlling system.
PP, PE, PS, ABS PELLETIZING EXTRUSION MACHINE
The machine is mainly used in various types of materials such as ABS, PP, PE, PS, PET, PC, PMMA etc.
There are several ways to produce the new pellets.
- Producing the new pellet from recycle regrind material.
- Producing coloring pellet by mixing ordinary pellet with color.

- Calibration Cooling Unit: Easy for cooling & sizing while extruding in high speed.
- Haul Off Unit: Bell or Caterpillar type, adjustable speed with steadiness.
- Length measurement is carried out through digital counter.
- Cutting Unit: Saw cutter synchronizes with haul off automatically, PLC controller to ensure precision cutting.
